i currently only work in traditional mediums. any commissions to be recieved digitally will be created on paper and delivered via high-quality scan. physical works will incur shipping charges unless picked up locally (available in manhattan and queens).

unfortunately, i currently do not accept MOST commissions for sex scenes as they are too time-consuming to fit into my schedule. HOWEVER, if your request:

involves only 1 or 2 people, and

is B&W, simple-color or sketch-only, and⠀⠀⠀

is human-only (NOT furry), OR

features only simple characters (e.g; ankha)

...then please submit a request anyway and we can work something out :3

please note: while i am happy to indulge kinks, i will not accept commissions involving pedophilia, incest, or any suggestive scenes involving children.

for all questions regarding hard limits around NSFW works please send your request and i will politely & respectfully inform you of any issues (and potential solutions so everyone can be happy !!)

additional terms & conditions:

ALL COMMISSIONS require a 25% nonrefundable deposit. no exceptions whatsoever.

IN THE CASE OF UNFORSEEN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP: i am happy to bench your piece until you are able to pay the remaining balance. deposits never expire. if you change your mind about a piece in progress (e.g; you ordered full color but would now prefer B&W), please let me know as soon as possible. i can only accommodate changes (and adjust price) with adequate notice.

previews of work provided as necessary. expect one before inking and one before coloring. if i cannot confirm your approval at any step, your piece will be benched temporarily. this may result in delays; i am not responsible for these delays. progress will resume as soon as approval is given.

all preview photos come watermarked until full payment has been recieved, NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER. if you are making multiple payments, the final version will be delivered after the final payment.

unless specified, i will personally select the medium i see best fit. this depends on factors such as style, color, complexity and mood. for any specific medium, you MUST inform me before i start your piece. any major changes (medium or subject) ordered after the piece is in progress will require a new deposit. some mediums incur fees. i am not responsible for the natural deterioration of a piece in a medium i have reccommended against.

NUISANCE TAX: haggling AFTER an agreement is met, excessively numerous or large last-minute changes, badgering and exceptional rudeness will incur a 25% fee. i have never charged this fee before. please do not be the first.

by ordering any commission you agree to all terms stated above. in the event that my ability to uphold my end of the agreement is compromised, you will be informed immediately so an adequate solution can be reached for both parties. i reserve the right to withold any and all works in the event of a breach of contract. commissions ordered to be used in for-profit publications or business require a separate agreement (including terms of use and distribution). i am more than happy to provide works for use in perpetuity, and to renew or extend use rights in good faith. if you fail to inform me that a work is intended for any for-profit publication or business, your deposit will be voided and a new agreement will be required.

most nonprofits are exempt from terms of use, but please inform me of your 501(c) (or other) status and the goals of your organization. failure to do so may cause you to end up paying more than you have to! i'm happy to donate commissions wherever they are legally deemed as tax-deductible, or if i personally value the the work of your organization :)
